**NEW** SESSION 4 START DATE: All Session 4 classes start the week of March 30th

Onsite Session 4 Enrollment Change Policy

If health authorities and charter school rules allow us to return to in-person classes mid-session we will do so, however we are totally excited to offer a full session of online-facilitated nature experiences.

Please read the below options. If you are choosing Option 2 or 3, or 4 please EMAIL [email protected] with your changes no later than Wednesday March 25th by 3pm. 

Options for Session 4: 

1. Change nothing. Your enrollment switches to a virtual class until we can resume in person. You can still use your vouchers from charter schools (please reorder if you cancelled them). And payment plans will still be charged on April 6th.
2. Switch existing enrollment that is not offered online (archery, equestrian, and ranch connection) to one of our online options.
3. Cancel enrollment, receive Sienna Ranch credit for future programming that never expires.
4. Cancel enrollment, donate tuition to help us keep our doors open. 

**Credit Policy - Session 4, 2020 only:

We know many families are facing uncertain times at the moment so we are offering some more flexible options.

• If you don't love our online classes (you will, we promise) you will only be financially responsible for the classes that you have already taken. 
  • For Charter School Families: The charter schools we have spoken with are offering to pro-rate vouchers for the remainder of any classes that are dropped mid-session so you would not lose your voucher balance. So, if you decide to drop, in most cases you can just have your charter school edit your purchase order to cover the classes you have taken. Please check with your specific charter school to confirm their policy on this.
• If you really can't try our exciting online offerings, no worries. We will waive our usual 15% processing penalty and apply 100% of your existing payments towards credit to future programming. As always, our credit never expires and can be used for any Sienna Ranch program for any member of your immediate family.

Junior Ranchers, Explorers, and Nature Sages

Our mission for Session 4 is to keep our students engaged, learning, and building their naturalist identities while also providing them with stability and support through interacting with the land and animals that we all know and love. This session at Sienna Ranch, students will get to engage with each other and their instructor, while learning what it means to be a naturalist wherever you are! Each week during their 40 minute Zoom class, our students can expect to visit with a Sienna Ranch animal, explore the Ranch with their instructors, craft with their class using items provided, and play fun nature-based games. Students will receive thematic weekly homework challenges to keep them observing the natural world throughout their week.
