Rooted in nature

Our afternoon classes offer a unique opportunity for students to learn lifelong skills in a 100% outdoor environment. Our programs are designed to enhance school learning while supporting personal development.

Artistic Expression

Through nature-based crafts, music, and theatrical skits, students can express themselves in fun, imaginative ways, while also deepening their understanding of the natural world.

Skill Development

Learn hands-on skills like pottery, archery, woodshop, cooking, and core naturalist skills such as bird identification, tracking, and fire-building. These activities foster confidence and empower children to take pride in learning something new.

Connection

We emphasize social-emotional learning through peer play, team-building exercises, and meaningful connections with others. Whether building friendships through group challenges or fostering empathy by caring for our farm animals, children learn valuable lessons about teamwork, compassion, and communication.

Nature Play

After sitting in a classroom all day, children need time to move and explore. Our outdoor activities allow children to engage in unstructured and imaginative play, run, climb, and reconnect with their natural surroundings, promoting physical health and mental well-being.
