Field Trips, Birthday Parties, and Special Events at Sienna Ranch are perfect for fun, hands-on experiences. To ensure everything goes smoothly, here’s what you need to know:

Refund, Transfer, or Credit Requests:

• Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Phone calls or voicemails are not considered official requests.
• If you are scheduling multiple events or a series of Field Trips, each event requires its own deposit and request.

Definitions:

• Refund: Reimbursement via cash, check, or credit card for programming paid out-of-pocket. Credit card refunds incur a 5% processing fee.
• Transfer: Moving funds to a different Sienna Ranch program within the same school year or camp season for the same child. We will do our best to accommodate transfers, but availability is not guaranteed due to the first-come, first-served nature of our programs.
• Credit: Releasing funds from a specific event to apply them to your family’s general account. Sienna Ranch credit never expires and can be used for camps, classes, special events, or store items by any immediate family member. Credits cannot be converted to cash, checks, or credit card reimbursements.
• Deposit: A deposit is required when booking your event. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Note: Sienna Ranch operates rain or shine. If weather impacts your event, we will modify activities for safety. Full refunds for inclement weather are only offered if conditions (like lightning) make it unsafe to be outdoors. AGREEMENTS

• FIELD TRIPS / PARTIES: Your $150 deposit due upon booking is non-refundable and non-transferrable. We run program rain or shine.
• SCOUTS / FIELD TRIPS: Event balance charged to the card on record based on head count day of your event, unless you call ahead to make payment in another way.
• BIRTHDAY PARTIES: Party balance is due in full the Monday before the party. We will plan to charge the card on record unless you call ahead to make payment in another way.
• No shows or cancellations: NO REFUND available, 100% cost of your event charged.

• Sienna Ranch requires chaperones to supervise all participants while playing on play structures.
• Sienna Ranch honors scheduling and pricing quoted in the Event Agreement.
• Sienna Ranch is a balloon-free and decoration-free campus. We encourage your party to enjoy a zero waste day!
• Sienna Ranch requires at least 21 days notice by email to change the size of your event (space-dependent, not guaranteed).
• Sienna Ranch does not allow non-ranch animals on property (with the exception of pre-arranged service animals).
• All Credit Card Refunds have a 5% Processing fee.

  Air Quality, or other Extreme Weather Conditions

  We will endeavor to run programs whenever conditions are judged to be safe enough at our outdoor facility. Sienna Ranch uses nixle.com,http://www.baaqmd.gov/,http://www.weather.gov/, local emergency services, and other relevant emergency resources to stay informed on the latest conditions.

  We do reserve the right to cancel programs in the event of extreme weather, natural disaster, dangerous criminal activity or any other hazardous conditions that would prevent us from running a safe program. In the event of program cancellation, Sienna Ranch will notify families as soon as possible via email to the address on file.

  If program is cancelled for any reason we will do our best to make fair compensation for families by offering make ups or spaces in alternative programs. Please note that our private horseback-riding lessons have their own non-riding day policy.

  Note that we decide whether to cancel a program or not based on our judgement of the safety of running our program according to the information we have access to at the time. We acknowledge and respect that families each have unique needs and levels of comfort and we encourage families to make the attendance decisions that are right for them. If programming goes ahead as planned we are not able to offer any refunds, make-ups, or credits to families who choose not to attend program that day, outside of our regular make-up policy for that program.
