Registration tips & tricks

If you’re a new family and your Active account isn’t linked to Sienna Ranch, don’t worry! Simply register for a class or camp, and you’ll be prompted to create a new account or link your existing account through our registration system. Having issues? Feel free to contact us.

School Year Programs

If your preferred Sienna Ranch class is full, join the waitlist by registering as you would for an open class.

When a spot opens, you’ll receive an email with two options:

  • Accept and pay immediately.
  • Decline, and the system moves to the next family.

You have 48 hours to respond. If no response is received, the system moves to the next person on the waitlist.

Two Weeks Before the Session Starts:

The waitlist process switches to a pool system: all waitlisted families are emailed, and the first to respond gets the spot.

Payment Plans:

Accepted a spot? You can still set up a payment plan by paying a deposit.

Missed Your Time Window?

Missed your 48-hour window? Rejoin the waitlist by signing up again.

Still Open Spots After the Waitlist?

Any unfilled spots will reopen online for general registration (if still available).
