Outdoor leadership for teens
Looking for a program that encourages teens (ages 12–16) to push their physical and mental boundaries? Add a new skillset to their list of abilities? Craving social connection? Each Sienna Ranch class offers something different!

Movement and exploration
Hiking and navigating varied terrains promote resilience, body awareness, and physical strength. Teens build self-trust and a sense of accomplishment as they overcome challenges and adapt to new environments.
Technical and outdoor skills
Classes teach practical skills tailored to each activity, fostering independence and confidence. Whether it’s mastering archery, identifying plants, or learning wilderness navigation, teens gain valuable knowledge they can carry into the future.
Peer connection and collaboration
Through teamwork and shared experiences, teens develop interpersonal skills and forge meaningful relationships. Collaborative activities create a strong sense of belonging and community while encouraging communication and cooperation.
