Guide to charter school funds

Sienna Ranch values our partnerships with charter schools. See below for support on working with charter schools and utilizing funds to access our programs.

tuition reimbursement.  Contact your school prior to registration if you have questions about what your school will cover. Charter schools have been changing how much they will cover each semester so be sure to check before purchasing. 

Reserve your spot: At checkout reserve your spot in class by paying a 15% deposit. This deposit holds your child’s place in the class. After voucher funds are received, we will refund back your deposit (refunds are subject to a 6.5% processing fee). 

Voucher Request: Contact your charter school to have them generate & send us a PO/voucher. Parent/guardians (including Vista Oaks families) initiate PO/voucher creation.  Please remember to factor in multiple class registration and sibling discounts in the pricing when applicable!

Voucher deadlines:

  • Initiate charter school fund requests at least the Friday before class starts in order to keep the balance from being charged to the credit card on file.
  • Please give the charter schools at least a week to process the vouchers and send them to us.
  • If you miss the charter school deadline, you are responsible for the full tuition and may have to pay the difference out of pocket.

Confirm: Contact [email protected] to let our Administration know which Charter School you are working with. Charter School Funds are only valid for the exact class/session indicated on the voucher/PO

Late vouchers: If funds are received late, a 3% administration fee will be added to your account. We are happy to refund your deposit (minus admin and late fees) if charter school funds come our way later, but not all schools will cover programming unless you request funds prior to the class starting. 

Cancellations: Charter school monies may be canceled but cannot be refunded as cash or credited toward future programming.

Account balance: Parent/guardians are financially responsible for any tuition remaining after charter school funds are processed. Families are responsible for checking their statement and registration history and contacting Sienna Ranch if discrepancies exist.

Deposit refunds: A refund of your 15% deposit is subject to a 6.5% processing fee. You can opt to keep your 15% deposit on file for future use, as Sienna Ranch credit has no processing fee. We cannot take responsibility for charter schools not getting vouchers into our office.

Note: all registrations are first-come, first-served, so we cannot guarantee that space will remain if you choose to bring your charter school funds to register in person.

Please order the ‘tuition’ price as it is listed on your order history/receipt once you have reserved your spots.  The tuition price number factors in the sibling discounts if you received it.
