Refund, transfer, cancellation & discount policies
Sienna Ranch classes are outstanding because of our exceptional staff. Our refund policy allows us to reliably staff our programs with a dedicated team of brilliant educators, and to ensure small class sizes for your child.
Policies

Refund, Transfer, or Credit Requests: All requests for refunds, transfers, or credits must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within six months of the program’s start date. Please note that voicemail messages are not considered official requests.
Refund: A refund is the reimbursement of out-of-pocket payments made via cash, check, or credit card. Please note, Charter School funds cannot be refunded in cash, check, or credit card. Credit card refunds are subject to a 6.5% processing fee, charged by the credit card and registration company.
Transfer: A transfer involves moving tuition payments within the Sienna Ranch registration system to a different program or date range. For example, another week of camp or a different session of the school year for the same child.
Credit: A credit releases tuition payments from a specific class, camp, or program and applies it to a family’s general account. Sienna Ranch credit never expires and can be used by any immediate family member for any Sienna Ranch program. This includes camps, classes, special events, or store items. Credit cannot be refunded as cash, check, or credit card. Please note that Charter School Funds cannot be converted into credit, as they are only valid for the specific session and class listed on the PO/voucher.
Note: Discounts are applied automatically at checkout to programs purchased in the same order. Programs must be purchased at the same time in order to be eligible for the discounts.
Year Round Classes + Holiday Camps Discounts
Multi-Camp/Class Discounts: When you register the same camper for two different classes or camps within the same session, you will automatically receive 5% off the second.
Multi-Sibling Discount: Register two or more siblings for classes or camps within the same session, and automatically receive 5% off the registration for the second and subsequent child.
Summer Camp Discounts
Multi-Camp Discount: Register the same child for three or more camps and automatically receive 5% off the third registration and all future camp registrations.
Multi-Sibling Discount: Register two or more siblings for Summer Camp, and automatically receive 5% off the registration for the second and subsequent child.
SCHOOL YEAR CLASSES AND CAMPS: We are unable to offer make ups for any missed days of classes or camps, regardless of the reason including illness, injury, planned absences, or family emergency.
SIGNING UP AFTER PROGRAM IS IN SESSION: If you join a class after it has started, we will prorate the cost. Please call us to register, as our online registration system will automatically charge the full program price.
Sienna Ranch is committed to running programs when conditions are deemed safe at our outdoor facility. To stay informed about the latest conditions, we rely on resources such as nixle.com, BAAQMD, Weather.gov, local emergency services, and other relevant emergency sources.
We reserve the right to cancel programs if extreme weather, natural disasters, dangerous criminal activity, or any other hazardous conditions threaten the safety of our programs. If a program is canceled, Sienna Ranch will notify families as quickly as possible via email to the address on file.
Please note that program cancellations are based on our assessment of safety, using the information at the time. We understand that families have unique needs and comfort levels, and we encourage families to make attendance decisions based on what is right for them. If a program runs as planned, we cannot offer refunds, make-ups, or credits for families who choose not to attend, outside of our regular make-up policy for that program.

- Cancellations must be made via email by 12:00am per the above chart.
- The time until the start of class/program is counted from the start time of the first day of the session not class day.
- AM & PM classes are separate programs and incur separate fees for cancellations or transfers.
- Credit and Transfer are available for use between immediate family members only.
- We will do our best to honor all transfer requests but cannot guarantee space availability due to the first-come, first-served nature of our programming.
- Please note that ALL credit card refunds are subject to a 6.5% processing fee.

A deposit is required when booking your event. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Special event agreements
Field trips or birthday parties: Your $150 deposit due upon booking is non-refundable and non-transferrable. We run programs rain or shine. The balance is due in full the Monday before the event. We will plan to charge the card on record unless you call ahead to make payment in another way. Sienna Ranch requires at least 21 days notice by email to change the size of your event (space-dependent, not guaranteed). Sienna Ranch is a balloon-free and decoration-free campus. We encourage your party to enjoy a zero-waste day!
No shows or cancellations 2-weeks prior: NO REFUND available, 100% cost of your event charged.
Party balance is due in full the Monday before the party. We will plan to charge the card on record unless you call ahead to make payment in another way.
Boy Scout or Girl Scout Field Trips: Your event balance will be charged to the card on record based on head count day of your event, unless you call ahead to make payment in another way.
Sienna Ranch requires chaperones to supervise all participants while playing on play structures.
Sienna Ranch honors scheduling and pricing quoted in the Event Agreement.
Weather: We run programs rain or shine. Sienna Ranch reserves the right to modify party activities based on weather or safety. This may include substituting for another activity.
Other:
Sienna Ranch is a drug and alcohol-free campus.
Sienna Ranch does not allow non-ranch animals on property (with the exception of pre-arranged service animals).
